Our vision for the redevelopment of Baltic Wharf is to deliver a sustainable and dynamic mixed-use scheme, creating a vibrant addition to Totnes.
This project presents an exciting opportunity to regenerate a sustainable brownfield site. Riverside at Baltic Wharf will be a unique waterside destination with a characterful public realm, boat yard and commercial space including marine works paces, offices and opportunities for additional employment.
The new scheme will offer a range of bespoke houses and apartments for the open market as well as providing much-needed affordable housing.
We recognise the importance the boatyard and can confirm this will be retained. We will provide a reworked layout with modern facilities to meet current needs, that allow businesses to develop and adapt.
Our goal is to create a sustainable, high-quality development that will enrich the local area and stand the test of time. We intend to deliver an updated scheme that reflects the changing environment and that is suitable for current and future needs of the local community.
